Here is a graphic of the HeadScratchers Critical Thinking Model.  While we do not teach the specifics of the model in the workshop, the model was used to create the above framework.

The Headscratchers Model
There are 30 "elements" and "tools" in the HeadScratchers model of thinking.  Building on this foundation, we refined  numerous successful real world business "techniques" for  problem solving, decision making and creative thinking. 

The model was used to create a working framework for Critical Thinking consisting of 3 components - Clarity, Conclusions and Decisions, surrounded by Discovery, Information and Ideas.   We use this framework in the Workshops to guide the critical thinking process as we train the attendees in the use of the Tools and Techniques.
